Evergreen Street (APN 016-211-26) in the amount of $785,000, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. 2022- XXX). Approve an Agreement with Crosstown Electrical & Data Inc., for On -Call Repair Services of Advance Traffic Management and Communication Systems in an Amount not to Exceed $500,000 for up to a Five -Year Term (Non -General Fund) Department(s): Public Works Agency Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Crosstown Electrical & Data Inc. to provide on -call repair services and routine maintenance for the advance traffic management and communication system for a three-year period beginning July 19, 2022 and expiring July 18, 2025, with a provision for two, one-year extensions exercisable by the City Manager, in an amount not to exceed $100,000 annually, and $500,000 for the term of the agreement, including extension periods, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. 2022-XXX).
