Inmate Medical September 20, Page 3 Services Agreement 2022 Finally, a multi -disciplinary Quality Improvement (QI) Committee will direct medical activities at the Jail. The site Medical Director will lead the QI Committee, which will also include the Health Service Administrator, site Safety Coordinator, Dentist, Mental Health Coordinator, and appropriate Santa Ana Police Department representative(s). The QI Committee will be responsible for performing monitoring activities, discussing the results, and implementing corrective actions if needed. ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT There is no environmental impact associated with this action.
