The City reserves the right to amend this Request for Proposal by addendum prior to the <br />final dates of submission. <br />4. All reports, proposals, or other data or materials which are submitted shall become the sole <br />property of the City of Santa Ana with the exception of the confidential Financial Capacity <br />information and fee proposals. <br />5. All products used or developed in the execution of any contract resulting from this request <br />will remain in the public domain at the completion of this project. <br />6. The City has an affirmative action program. The purpose of the affirmative action program <br />is to encourage certified minority business enterprises and women business enterprises. <br />All submitting firms must have established affirmative action programs approvable by the <br />City.
