<br />Key Personnel Qualifications
<br />We have assembled a project team that is well suited to the specific
<br />requirements of this contract, headed by our primary point of contact and
<br />project manager, Maira Salcedo, PE, MACP, PACP, ENV SP. Maira has
<br />extensive recent experience with water facilities, such as pump stations,
<br />wells and pipelines, as well as sewer replacement and rehabilitation
<br />projects. She is highly familiar with the City of Santa Ana staff and design
<br />criteria, having served as the project manager for the City's Walnut Pump
<br />Station Upgrade project and Well 29 Rehabilitation project.
<br />Maira has recent experience in managing sewer rehabilitation/replacement
<br />projects for the Long Beach Water Department, City of Hermosa Beach
<br />and Rossmoor/Los Alamitos Area Sewer District, and is currently serving
<br />as district engineer, on a consulting basis, for Rossmoor/Los Alamitos Area
<br />Sewer District.
