With 36 years of experience, Jacob Vandervis, PE, will act as Principal in Charge <br />and Project Manager for TAD~sservices tothe City. Jacob has served inthis role onTAIT'srecently <br />completed water projects for Golden State Water Company and Glendale Water and Power during the <br />past Qyears. <br />Samantha Wnhlfarth,PE, who will serve asthe lead Project Engineer, has worked onnearly all ofTAIT's <br />recent water line projects including TAIT's recent completed City of Chino projectand Glendale Water & <br />Power's recent recycled water line project. Her knowledge, methodologies and approach toproject <br />coordination and design of water projects will ensure speedy and efficient project completion. <br />M. Todd Broussard, PE, who will be the QA/QC Manager, has over 21 years of municipal design and <br />project management experience as Principal Civil Engineer with the City of Huntington Beach Public <br />Works Department, overseeing an annual Capital Improvement Program budget of approximately $25 <br />million per annum. <br />Also assisting the project will beDavid Sloan, PE, who will serve asthe Specification Manager aswell as <br />provide engineering support for developing cost estimates, construction phasing and Traffic Control <br />Plans and evaluation ofthe overall construction feasibility. David currently serves asTA|l~sDirector of <br />Engineering has extensive public agency experience managing, designing and providing construction <br />management services for public projects and will be a great asset to the project team. <br />Quality and Cost Effectiveness. TAITwill work with the City on budget limits and always ensure quality <br />services are provided atthe most efficient cost possible. VVehave successfully met all past budgets on <br />similar contracts and projects, creating lasting relationships with other agencies. <br />Veunderstand that TAITwiUhave contractual obligation with the City with regard to this project.
