Titles of paragraphs are inserted solely for convenience of <br />reference and shall not be deemed to limit, expand or otherwise affect the provisions to which they <br />relate. <br />11.16 SEVERABILITY. In the event that any one or more provisions of this Agreement shall, for any <br />reason, be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality or <br />unenforceability shall not affect any other provision of this Agreement and this Agreement shall be <br />construed and enforced as if such invalid, illegal or unenforceable 'provision had never been <br />contained herein. <br />11.17 ENTIRE AGREEMENT.
