INSURANCE ON FILE <br />WORK MAY PROCEED <br />UNTIL INSURANCE EXPIRES <br />It • I • 7,e2`Z <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />DATE: <br />A-2022-192 <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH Al PARTY RENTAL <br />p', �i2C3�1 �C�^` f �)��y) � TO PROVIDE EVENT EQUIPMENT RENTAL SERVICES <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement is entered into on October 4, 2022, <br />C%d by and between Al Party Rental ("Contractor"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal <br />4�4 corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"). <br />RECITALS <br />® A. The parties entered into Agreement No. A-2022-050 ("Agreement") dated March 15, 2022, to <br />provide equipment rentals for various events conducted by the City's Parks, Recreation, and <br />Community Services Agency. The Agreement remains in effect through March 31, 2025, <br />B. The parties wish to amend the Agreement to increase the overall compensation for services <br />during the remainder of the term of the Agreement. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />1. Section 2.a., Compensation, is amended to increase the annual compensation for services by the <br />amount of $64,000 for the remaining term of the Agreement. <br />2.
