In the final audit by the <br />SWRCB, ESS was complimented by the auditors and received full approval of its <br />processes. <br />✓ ESS has been providing successful grant compliance on a $280 million San <br />Bernardino County Transportation Authority project that consists of more than 11 <br />different funding sources. <br />Project Management <br />Status Reports <br />ESS will follow the City's directions for timing and formatting of status reports and will revise it <br />based on the input received from staff. The status reports in general will identify the following: <br />• Status of grant applications under development <br />• Submitted grant application details such as amounts, submittal dates and expected notices <br />of funding <br />• Action items and timelines for tasks needing completion <br />• Upcoming grant funding opportunities relevant to each project <br />• Updates on any legislative items or funding opportunity guidelines affecting the City's <br />funding strategy plan <br />• Contract control information, responsible party and items needed from the City <br />Deliverable(s): <br />• Comprehensive status Report on a periodic basis as determined by the City <br />14 <br />
