<br />Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute a second
<br />amendment to the agreement with Siemens Industry, Inc. in an amount not to exceed
<br />$37,000 for repairs and replacement of surveillance camera components, for a total
<br />aggregate amount not to exceed $3,419,870 during the term of the agreement,
<br />subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney
<br />(Agreement No. 2022-XXX).
