In regards to item 22, the police oversight commission, a weak <br /> salsa commission is worse than no commission at all. I urge you to adopt the ACLU and Chispa's <br /> amendments to the draft Police Oversight Ordinance. One of these important amendments is the <br /> ability of the commission to make disciplinary recommendations to the Police Chief and Internal <br /> Affairs division of SAPID.
