<br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />CANCEL ATION NOTICE <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Regular Meeting of the Planning Commission <br />scheduled for Monday, August 8, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. has been canceled. <br /> <br />The following items will be carried forward to the next regular meeting on Monday, August <br />22, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. in City Hall Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, <br />California, 92701. <br /> <br />1. Conditional Use Permit No. 2022-13 <br /> <br />Project Location: 2909 S. Daimler Street located in the Professional (P) zoning <br /> district. <br /> <br />Project Applicant: Shelley Thompson representing Compass Bible Church <br />(Applicant), on behalf of Daimler Commerce Partners, LP (Property Owner). <br /> <br />Proposed Project: The applicant is requesting approval of Conditional Use Permit <br />No. 2022-13 to allow the operation of a church (Compass Bible Church). <br /> <br /> <br />2. Conditional Use Permit No. 2022-08 <br /> <br />Project Location: 2241 N. Fairview Street located in the Arterial Commercial (C- <br />5) zoning district. <br /> <br />Project Applicant: Liliger Damaso with Liquor License Agents representing Bawa <br />Kaur (business owner), on behalf of Theresia Yongwon Pak (property owner). <br /> <br />Proposed Project: The applicant is requesting approval of Conditional Use Permit <br />No. 2022-08 and Conditional Use Permit No. 2022-12 to allow for the upgrade of the <br />existing ABC License from Type 20 - Off-Sale Beer and Wine to Type 21 - Off-Sale <br />General (beer, wine, and distilled spirits). In addition, the applicant is proposing to <br />extend the current hours of operation from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Sunday <br />through Thursday and 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. on Fridays to 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. <br />daily. <br /> <br />If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Planning & Building Agency at <br />714-647-5804.
