Recording Secretary reported that written communication was received. <br /> <br />Chair Pham opened the Public Hearing. The applicant spoke in support of <br />the matter and discussed details of the site plan. <br /> <br />The following individuals spoke in opposition of the matter/ expressed <br />concern with the traffic plan and environmental impact. <br />William Stevens, Property owner of adjacent property. <br />William Stevens, representative of the Association. <br />Jack Stevens, property owner of adjacent property. <br />Jack Stevens, representative of the Association. <br />Carol Stevens <br />Mike Brion <br />David Chon <br />The applicant was provided the opportunity to address public comments. <br />There were no other speakers and the Public Hearing was closed. <br /> <br />Further discussion ensued regarding potential site uses, environmental <br />impacts, traffic circulation, existing uses, impacts to adjacent property, <br />CC&Rs relating to the property easements <br /> <br />The Commission directed Staff to work with applicant to review onsite traffic <br />circulation. The Commission directed the applicant to work with the <br />surrounding property owners to work out a solution to limit trucks exiting on <br />eastern side of the site. Possibility to circulate trucks on the west side of the <br />property to address circulation concerns. <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner McLoughlin, seconded by Commissioner <br />Morrissey to Continue the item to the September 26th meeting to work <br />with staff and adjacent property owner concerns regarding truck <br />circulation on eastside of the property and work to look for <br />enforceable mitigation measures.
