Copies of the public notice, including a 1,000-foot notification radius <br />mop, and the site posting are provided in Exhibit 6. In addition to these measures, <br />representatives of the Heninger Park Neighborhood Association were contacted to <br />identify any areas of concern due to the proposed request. At the time this report was <br />printed, no issues of concern were raised regarding the proposed applications. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the CEQA Guidelines, <br />the project is exempt from further review pursuant to Section 15301 (Class 1/Existing <br />Facilities). The project consists of additions to two existing structures resulting in an <br />increase of no more than 10,000 sq. ft. Moreover, the project is an area where all public <br />services and facilities are available to allow for the maximum development permissible <br />in the General Plan, and the area in which the project is located is not considered <br />environmentally sensitive. Based on this analysis, Notice of Exemption, Environmental <br />Review No. 2022-85 will be filed for this project. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />EXHIBIT(S) <br />1.
