<br />The City of Santa Ana encourages the
<br />public to participate in the decision-
<br />making process.We encourage you to

<br />Action:The Historic Resources
<br />Commission will hold a Public Hearing to
<br />receive public testimony,and will take
<br />action on the item described below.Their
<br />decision is final unless appealed to the
<br />City Council within 10 days of the decision
<br />by any interested party or group.

<br />Mayberry,are applying for the property to
<br />be designated on the Santa Ana Register
<br />of Historical Properties,to categorize the
<br />property as Key,and for a Mills Act
<br />Contract with the City.
<br />Environmental Impact:In accordance
<br />with the California Environmental Quality
<br />Act,the recommended action is exempt
<br />from further review under Section 15331,
<br />Class 31,as this action is designed to
<br />preserve a historic resource.Categorical
<br />Exemption No.2022-45 will be filed for
<br />this project.
