Statement of Work for Santa Ana, CA <br />AUDIOEYE MANAGED <br />FOR CIVICREC <br />STATEMENT OF WORK <br />No. 1 <br />This Statement of Work (the "SOW"), effective as of the later of the two dates accompanying the <br />signatures below ("Effective Date"), is entered into and governed under the CivicRec Statement <br />of Work (the "Agreement") between CivicPlus, LLC. ("CivicPlus") and Santa Ana, CA <br />Services performed by CivicPlus under this SOW will be conducted in accordance with and be <br />subject to the terms and conditions of this SOW and the Agreement. If there is a conflict between <br />this SOW and the Agreement, the terms and conditions of this SOW shall prevail.
