Castro Ramirez, Secretary AND FINANCING COUNCIL <br />L 2 <br />Homeless Housing, Assistance, and Prevention Program Round 3 (HHAP-3) <br />Standard Agreement to Apply <br />HHAP-3 funding is provided pursuant to Health & Safety Code 50220.7(a) and requires all eligible <br />applicants to submit this Standard Agreement to Apply no later than 5:00pm on October 15, 2021. In this <br />agreement, applicants must indicate whether they intend to apply for HHAP-3 funding jointly with an <br />overlapping jurisdiction or apply as an individual entity. For any eligible applicant who does not submit <br />an agreement by the deadline, HCFC may choose to re -allocate the applicant's allocation to an <br />overlapping jurisdictions. <br />Eligible applicants applying jointly with an overlapping jurisdiction will designate one of the jointly <br />applying jurisdictions as the Administrative Entity which will enter into contract with the HCFC to <br />administer the combined allocations of the joint applicants. Applicants may only apply jointly with a <br />Continuum of Care (CoC), large city, or county that serves an overlapping region. The Administrative <br />Entity is required to submit a binding resolution or agreement that designates a single Administrative <br />Entity for the combined allocations and an explanation of how the jointly applying applicants will <br />administer the funds allocated to them pursuant to this section.
