Approve the recommendation of the Community Development Commission (Commission) to dissolve the Downtown Santa Ana Business Improvement District (BID) and establish a time and place for a public hearing to be held by the City Council on December 20, 2022; or 2. Resolution No. 2022-XXX — Adopt the resolution of intention to levy an annual business license tax assessment for the 2023 calendar year and establish a time and place for a public hearing to be held by the City Council on December 6, 2022. 27. Informational Report Relating to the City's Anti -Cruising Ordinance Department(s): Police Department Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council accept the informational report and consider one of the following options: 1. Direct staff to return to the City Council with additional information. 2. Leave the anti -cruising ordinance as is (i.e., make no changes to the Santa Ana Municipal Code relating to cruising).' 3.
