Any party giving notice to the other pursuant to this Lease Agreement shall also <br />give such notice to the Assignee. <br />Section 11.2. Binding Effect. This Lease Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and <br />shall be binding upon the Authority and the City and their respective successors and <br />assigns. <br />Section 11.3. Severability. In the event any provision of this Lease Agreement shall be <br />held invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, such holding shall <br />not invalidate or render unenforceable any other provision hereof. <br />Section 11.4. Net -net -net Lease. This Lease Agreement shall be deemed and <br />construed to be a "net -net -net lease" and the City hereby agrees that the Lease Payments <br />shall be an absolute net return to the Authority or the Assignee, free and clear of any <br />expenses, charges or set -offs whatsoever. <br />-22- <br />
