FEE <br />Based on our understanding of the Scope of Work and the $4M construction budget, as shown in the RFP, we are proposing a Phased <br />Fixed Fee of $310,000 for Basic Services. <br />We will invoice this, monthly as work progresses, based on the following Phases of Work: <br />A. <br />I <br />Programming/Planning <br />' <br />10% <br />B. <br />Design Development <br />15% <br />C. <br />Construction Documents <br />35% <br />D. <br />Agency Approvals <br />5% <br />E. <br />Bid & Award <br />5% <br />F. <br />Construction Administration <br />30% <br />OPTIONAL SERVICES FEES <br />In addition, we are offering to provide a Geotechnical Report for an additional fee of $18,237. (See attached at end of this submittal.) <br />Note that this fee does not include any Geotechnical services required during construction. <br />We are are also offering to provide, as an optional service, Commissioning by P2S for $22,000. <br />REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES <br />We do not anticipate any Reimbursable Expenses.
