The Q&A portion of the presentation was extended approximately 25 minutes to allow for any <br />additional questions, etc. There were 2-3 participants that joined during this portion of the <br />meeting. They were informed that they could ask questions using the Q&A function. This was <br />also translated into Spanish. <br />The meeting concluded with the Applicant thanking the attendees for their time and indicating <br />that a PDF of tonight's presentation (slides and narrative), in both English and Spanish, will be <br />provided to the City and it will be posted on the City's website for this project.
