LYON STREET PROJECT <br />SUNSHINE ORDINANCE COMMUNITY MEETING <br />(ZOOM WEBINAR) <br />JUNE 1, 2022, 6:00 P.M. <br />The 2nd Sunshine Ordinance Meeting was held on June 1, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. As with the first <br />community meeting, the Applicant, Warmington Residential, conducted the meeting via a <br />Zoom Webinar for the presentation and questions/answers regarding the 717 S. Lyon Street <br />residential project. <br />The zoom webinar was conducted in English with Spanish translation. The attendee report data <br />shows 1 host, 4 panelists from Warmington, 8 people registered via on-line and 2 people joined <br />through the phone option. <br />These minutes reflect major comments only and do not provide a complete transcript of the <br />meeting. <br />Presenting or in attendance on behalf of Applicant: <br />Greg Ocasek, Warmington Residential (Project Consultant) <br />Joe Oftelie, Warmington Residential (Vice President) <br />Maribel Maciel, Warmington Residential (Assistant Project Manager and Spanish Interpreter) <br />Tyler Bennett, Warmington Residential (Assistant Project Manager) <br />Mario Santos, Warmington Residential (Information Systems Manager) <br />In attendance from the City of Santa Ana: <br />Pedro Gomez, Senior Planner <br />Ali Pezeshkpour, Principal Planner <br />Jessie Lopez <br />In attendance from the Community: <br />5 Participants via Zoom and 2 via phone (see attached Attendee Report) <br />Introduction & Presentation <br />The general format of the zoom webinar was the introduction presented in English, then <br />presented again in Spanish, followed by the project presentation presented in English, then <br />presented again in Spanish, followed by the question and answer portion of the meeting, in <br />which the questions submitted were answered in English and then translated in Spanish. <br />Page 1 of ;Z <br />City Council 21 — 306 12/6/2022 <br />
