A copy <br />of the Agreement is on file with the City Clerk and is available for inspection and copying by <br />interested persons as a public record of the City during the regular business hours of the City. <br />The Agreement affects the real property (the "Property") described in Exhibit "A" attached <br />to this Notice of Agreement. The meaning of defined terms used in this Notice of Agreement shall <br />be the same as set forth in the Agreement. <br />PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Agreement contains certain community <br />development covenants running with the land of the Site and other agreements between the <br />Developer and the City affecting the Site, including, without limitation, (all section references are <br />to the Agreement): <br />7.1 Maintenance Condition of the Property; The Developer for itself, its successors <br />and assigns, covenants and agrees that: <br />7.1.1 Maintenance Standard.
