INSURANCE NOT ON FILE <br />WORK MAY NOT PROCEED <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />A-2020-181-07A <br />DATE: DEC 13 2022 <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND MERCY HOUSE <br />LIVING CENTERS FOR USE OF EMERGENCY <br />8 ; OpA(o SOLUTIONS GRANT CORONAVIRUS (ESG-CV) FUNDS <br />(40hiS)(AV) THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above -referenced Agreement is entered into on this 29th day <br />of November, 2022, by and between Mercy House Living Centers ("Subrecipient'), and the City <br />of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the <br />Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. On January 20, 2022, the City entered into the above -referenced Agreement with <br />Subrecipient, Agreement No. A-2020-181-07, to provide Emergency Solutions Grant Funds from <br />the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development to be used in the operation by <br />Subrecipient of the Landlord Engagement Program ("Program"), which matches voucher holders <br />with available units (`Agreement'). <br />B. The Agreement remains in effect through September 30, 2022, and the parties now <br />desire to extend the term of the Agreement to September 30, 2023. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />Section IL Term of the Agreement, shall be amended to extend the term of the <br />Agreement through September 30, 2023. <br />2. During such extension period, the scope of services and accompanying budget <br />shall be governed by Exhibits A and B attached hereto, respectively. <br />3.
