What specific activities will be Mercy House Landlord Engagement Program (Program) will provide housing support assistance and housing stabilization ices to Participants who are issued an Emergency Housing Voucher (EHV) or MVP Voucher by the Santa Ana Housing iority (SAHA). Program will focus on identifying rental units and making these available to households looking to become safely and ly housed during the COVID-19 pandemic in coordination and collaboration with housing service providers. Program will focus on assisting eligible households with securing long-term stable rental housing that meets the minimum dards required of EHV and/or MVP vouchers. flees provided include: housing search assistance, housing navigation and stabilization services, funding for security )sits, holding fees, application fees, rental insurance, landlord incentives , recruitment and outreach to property owners, other direct and indirect costs of the Program as outlined in the Program Budget attached herein.
