Approve Master Agreement for Court Reporting and Transcription Services with <br />Veritext Corporation, effective September 6, 2022 through June 30, 2024 (General <br />Fund) <br />Department(s): Human Resources <br />Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement with <br />Veritext Corporation to provide court reporting and transcription services not to <br />exceed $150,000, effective September 6, 2022 through June 30, 2024, subject to <br />non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney <br />(Agreement No. 2022-XXX). <br />MINUTES: This consent Item - Agreement No. 2022-173 was approved. <br />18. Approve Agreements with Pre -Paid Legal Services, Inc., dba LegalShield to Provide <br />Identity Theft Services and United Pet Care, LLC to Provide Pet Care Insurance for <br />2023 Employee Benefits <br />Department(s): Human Resources <br />Recommended Action: 1. Authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement <br />with Pre -Paid Legal Services, Inc., dba LegalShield, for identity theft services, <br />effective January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023, with automatic renewals (for <br />additional one (1) year terms), subject to non -substantive changes approved by the <br />City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. 2022-XXX). <br />2.
