Section 2. SAWPA is hereby authorized to submit Proposition 1 IRWM grant <br />applications on behalf of the City of Santa Ana for the New Washington Well Project and <br />the Santa Ana Zoo Stormwater Capture and Diversion Project. <br />Section 3. The City Council authorizes the City Manager, or the Executive <br />Director of the Public Works Agency, or their respective designees, to conduct all <br />negotiations, execute and submit all documents, as well as applications, agreements, <br />amendments, payment requests and so on, which may be necessary for the completion <br />of the projects named above. <br />Section 4.
