Mr. Arteaga is a California Certified <br />Access Specialist. He graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, <br />in 2002 with a Bachelor of Architecture degree and has been at BOA Architecture since <br />1997. In 2009, he successfully fulfilled the experience and testing requirements set forth <br />by the Division of the State Architect (DSA) and became a California Certified Access <br />Specialist. His experience ADA Compliance experience includes accessibility plan check <br />services on behalf of the DSA-Los Angeles Basin Regional Office and the County of <br />San Bernardino -Department of Risk Management, ADA Transition Plan and accessibility <br />inspections, compiling inspection information into accurate and concise accessibility <br />reports, cost feasibility reports, and code analysis roles covering all phases of barrier <br />removal. His relevant experience and expertise includes all types of municipal facilities <br />(City Halls, Theaters, Auditorium, Community Centers) for ADA Compliance for the Cities <br />of Long Beach, Placentia, Irvine, Huntington Beach, and for the State of California DMV <br />at Oxnard. Other experience include DSA-LA Basin Region Office — Consultant Access <br />Compliance Plan Reviewer (2008-2011), County of San Bernardino, CA— Inspection, <br />Review and Analysis, and ADA Title III Private Entity Accessibility Surveys — multiple <br />facilities. <br />
