Construction Document Phase: <br />• Prepare plans, cost estimates, and specifications in such form as to comply with the latest <br />applicable laws, building codes, and ordinances. All applicable requirements shall be met with <br />required/necessary calculations performed with regards to structural requirements. <br />• Prepare and submit itemized preliminary construction cost estimates for budgetary purposes, <br />at the design development and construction document phases to ensure budget conformance. <br />• Provide submittal and corrections to City Plan Check and obtain all City clearances for Building <br />Permit. <br />• Perform coordination and plan checking for designs performed by sub -consultants and make <br />recommendations in the interest of the City, when requested. <br />Construction Support Phase (As -Needed): <br />• Assist City with technical Construction Support limited to amount of hours per Fee Proposal. <br />SCHEDULE <br />The Time Schedule for the City of Santa Ana, PAAL Center ADA Restroom Improvements is as <br />follows: <br />Milestone Weeks <br />Project Kickoff Meeting and Sit Walk to <br />Verify Field Measurments <br />Submit Schematic Design <br />Design Development and Receive Client 0.5 <br />Comments <br />Submit 50% Construction Documents And 1.5 <br />submit for City Review <br />Receive Client and City Comments 0.5 <br />Submit 90% Construction Documents and 2.5 <br />procure all City Building and Safety <br />approvals and submit 100% <br />Total Design Time: 6 weeks from <br />Project Kick-off <br />Meeting <br />
