Exhibit <br />SCOPE OF <br />VENDOR INFORMATION: Elite Special Events <br />EVENT: Kids Night Out <br />SERVICE DATE(S): January 20, 2023 <br />COMPENSATION DUE TO THE VENDOR: Not to <br />DESCRIPTION: <br />$18,050 for the 2022-2023 Fiscal Year. <br />Elite Special Events will provide fifteen (15) tons of snow one (1) life size snowman, one (1) snowflake <br />machine, one (1) staff attendant to maintain the snow machine, and forty (40) bales of straw for the Kids <br />Night Out event taking place on January 20, 2023. <br />The Set-up/teardown—the vendor will set-up at 2:00pm and tear down after 8:00pm on the day of the <br />event. I <br />Open Hours —Event will be held from 5:00pm-8:30pm <br />The Vendor will be paid the full amount of compensation, $5,475, on the day of the event. <br />
