References used in ordinance vary to <br /> describe daycare centers: Adult day care facilities (Ordinance pg. 5 of 54, Exhibit B, pg. 2-3), Daycare <br /> centers (standard that I think you want), Child day care center(Exhibit A, pg. 3-3, Exhibit B, pg. 2-3). <br /> 1 suggest using a word search and fixing this. <br /> Sec. 41-623. -Trash bin enclosures. <br /> (b)(1) [and (b)(2)]... shall provide readily accessible recycling areas identified for the storage <br /> and collection of gr'�ey container, Il 1i:.w container, and gr'�m„ein container or Il irolwn container <br /> materials, consistent with the three container collection program. <br /> Times change and so could colors. I suggest incorporating terminology that is generic: solid <br /> waste (,gr'�ey container), recycling (Ill 1l:.w container), organic (,gr'�eein container).
