Licensee is responsible for ensuring that its personnel have sufficient training to attain and maintain <br />competence in the operation of the Software. <br />Technical Support is available through Questica's normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00am <br />through 8:00pm, Eastern Standard Time. Extended coverage is available for an additional fee.
