It is the County Seat, the <br />second-most populous city in Orange County, and is home to a vibrant evening scene and arts <br />community. Furthermore, Downtown Santa Ana (DTSA) is known as a foodie destination as well as a <br />retail hub. There are over 600 businesses and approximately 3,000 residents in DTSA. Below is a map <br />of the Downtown area. In years past, the Clean & Safe Team was funded at an amount of $500,000 <br />annually.
