ENDORSEMENT#47 <br /> This endorsement, effective at 12:01AM October 23, 2025 forms a part of <br /> Policy number: 02-359-31-27 <br /> Issued to: AXON ENTERPRISE, INC. <br /> By: AIG Specialty Insurance Company <br /> WAIVER OF SUBROGATION ENDORSEMENT <br /> (SPECIFIC CONTRACT) <br /> This endorsement amends the General Terms and Conditions. <br /> In consideration of the premium charged, it is hereby understood and agreed that in Clause 11. <br /> SUBROGATION of the General Terms and Conditions, the second paragraph is deleted in its <br /> entirety and replaced with the following: <br /> A Company may waive an Insured's rights to recovery against others if such Company does <br /> so in writing and before the First Party Event or Third Party Event occurred.
