Exhibit A— Scope of Services <br />Downtown Santa Ana Clean and Safe Team <br />Santa Ana is downtown for the world famous Orange County, California. It is the County Seat, <br />the second -most populous city in Orange County, and is home to a vibrant evening scene and <br />arts community. Furthermore, Downtown Santa Ana (DTSA) is known as a foodie destination as <br />well as a retail hub. There are over 600 businesses and approximately 3,000 residents in DTSA. <br />Below is a map of the Downtown area. In years past, the Clean & Safe Team was funded at an <br />amount of $500,000 annually.
