MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF ORANGE (SHERIFF) AND THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA TO DISTRIBUTE THE 2022 EDWARD BYRNE MEMORIAL FUND - JUSTICE <br />ASSISTANCE GRANT "JAG" <br />AWARD #15PBJA-22-GG-02074-JAGX AWARD DATE: 09/26/22 ACCEPTANCE DATE: 10/18/22 <br />and subsequent awards.
