Mrs. Rodgers of Washington (for herself, Mrs. Trahan, Mrs. Axne, and Mrs. Kim of <br /> California) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on <br /> Energy and Commerce <br /> A BILL <br /> To amend title V of the Public Health Service Act to reauthorize the Garrett Lee <br /> Smith Memorial Act, and for other purposes. <br /> Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of <br /> America in Congress assembled, <br /> SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. <br /> This Act may be cited as the "Garrett Lee Smith Memorial Reauthorization Act". <br /> SEC. 2. SUICIDE PREVENTION RESOURCE CENTER. <br /> Section 520C of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 290bb-34) is amended— <br /> (1) in subsection (a), by striking "tribes, tribal organizations" and inserting <br /> "Tribes, Tribal organizations"; <br /> (2) in subsection (b), by striking "tribal" each place it appears and inserting <br /> "Tribal"; and <br /> 20 <br />
