Standing subcommittees are subject to provisions of the Brown Act. <br /> City Council Ad-Hoc Committee to Discuss Matters Relating to Older Adults <br /> As an alternative to a standing subcommittee, the Mayor may establish an ad hoc <br /> committee ad hoc committee to discuss matters relating to older adults.
