Commercial Property Compliance Assistance Program Application <br />GENERAL CONDITIONS <br />• The applicant is solely responsible for all safety conditions and compliance with all municipal, <br />county, state, and federal safety regulations, building codes, ordinances, labor and wage laws, and <br />other applicable regulations. <br />• Voided checks and invoices must be provided for work completed prior to reimbursement approval. <br />The applicant will not seek to hold the City of Santa Ana and/or its agents, employees, officers, <br />and/or directors liable for any property damage, personal injury, or other loss relating in any way to <br />the Commercial Property Compliance Assistance Program. <br />• The applicant agrees to maintain the property and improvements for a minimum of five (5) years. <br />• The applicant authorizes the City of Santa Ana to promote an approved project, including but not <br />limited to displaying a sign at the site, during and after construction, and using photographs and <br />descriptions of the project in the city of Santa Ana materials and press releases. <br />• The applicant understands the City of Santa Ana reserves the right to make changes in conditions <br />of the Commercial Property Compliance Assistance Program as warranted. <br />• If at any time you wish to withdraw your application, you must notify the City of Santa Ana Planning <br />and Building Agency Director in writing at 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, CA, 92701, as soon as <br />possible. <br />DISCLAIMER: The submittal of information herein does not guarantee any award of funding from the City of Page 122 <br />Santa Ana or constitute a financial commitment thereof.
