Signature Authority: Each of the persons executing this Agreement warrants and <br />represents that he or she has the full and complete authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of <br />the Party for which he or she is signing, and to bind said party to the agreements, covenants and terms <br />contained herein. <br />42.
