The structure is eligible to be categorized as Landmark for its <br />unique architectural significance illustrated by its asymmetrical <br />rectangular shape; medium -pitched cross -gabled roof; carved <br />bargeboards and decorative half-timbering; pair of leaded glass <br />casement windows with diamond patterned lights on the upper, <br />floor; a Tudor arch framing a deeply recessed entryway; and a <br />dramatic chimney with a cluster of three angled, brick stack with <br />corbelled caps. <br />2.
