EXEMPT FROM FEES PUR,, ANT <br />TO GOVERNMENT CODE § 6103 <br />1. The home is eligible for the Landmark designation for its unique <br />architectural significance as a representative example of the <br />Colonial Revival style that contributes to the historic streetscape of <br />North Victoria Drive. Notable architectural features of the house <br />include its symmetrical and rectangular massing; wide clapboard <br />sheathing; medium pitched roof with bracketed eaves; six -over -six <br />windows; double -hung sash with wood shutters; a portico projecting <br />from the central bay featuring a pair of Tuscan columns supporting <br />triangular pediments; and horizontal and raking cornices bracketed <br />to suggest dentils. <br />2. The home is eligible to be placed on the National Register of <br />Historic Places. <br />3. The legal owner of the subject property is Willard V. Treadwell. <br />4. The legal description for the subject property is attached hereto as <br />Exhibit A and incorporated by this reference as though fully set <br />forth herein. <br />G. The Wells House, located at 2020 North Victoria Drive, was built in 1928. <br />It qualifies for listing in the Santa Ana Register of Historic Properties as it <br />exemplifies the Mission/Spanish Colonial Revival style architecture. <br />1. The home is eligible for the Landmark designation for its unique <br />architectural significance illustrated by its medium -pitched, side - <br />gabled red tiled roof with shallow eaves; smooth stucco finish; <br />carved rafters visible beneath the eaves of the shed roof wing; <br />fagade windows with narrow, multi -pane casements that are deeply <br />recessed; -a'deeply recessed entryway topped by an elaborate cast; <br />stone panel; and a solid wood entry door with a small, rectangular <br />opening covered by a decorative iron grille. <br />2. The home is eligible to be placed on the National Register of <br />Historic Places. <br />3. The legal owner of the subject property is Melinda W. Elguindy. <br />4.
