FOR PHOTO BOOTH SERVICES <br />ca <br />cv THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 7th day of March 2023, by and <br />C11J between Bebo Entertainment, hic., a California corporation ("Contractor"), and the City of Santa <br />a Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and <br />T laws of the State of California ("City"). <br />0; L,btAd RECITALS <br />A. The City desires to retain a provider to provide photo booth services for City Library events <br />with the first event being the Dia de los Ninos, Dia de los Libros (Children's Day, Book <br />Day) to be held on April 29, 2023 at the Santa Ana Main Library. <br />B. Provider represents that Provider is able and willing to provide such services to the City. <br />C. In undertaking the performance of this Agreement, Provider represents that it is <br />knowledgeable in its field and that any services performed by Provider under this <br />Agreement will be performed in compliance with such standards as may reasonably be <br />expected. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective promises, and subject to the <br />terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />a. Contractor shall, during the term of this Agreement, provide the equipment and <br />services as further described and set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and <br />incorporated in full. <br />b. The first event shall be the Dia de los Ninos, Dia de los Libros (Children's Day, Book <br />Day) to be held on April 29, 2023 at the Santa Ana Main Library between the hours <br />of 10:30am — 2:00pm. <br />c. City grants Contractor the right to enter its property for the purpose of delivery, set- <br />up, operation, and pick-up on the days of the scheduled events. <br />d. The equipment shall be disassembled and removed by Contractor at the conclusion <br />of each event. <br />e. City shall have the sole discretion as to engagement of Contractor for events not <br />detailed in Exhibit A. The City reserves the right to administratively change event <br />locations, dates, or services for any mutually agreed upon events. <br />Page 1 of 8 <br />
