PROMISSORY NOTE <br />$50,000.00 Date: July 23, 1985 <br />Santa Ana. Californ <br />On or before July 31, 1986, for value received, the <br />undersigned Charles W. Bowers Museum Corporation, a California <br />nonprofit public benefit corporation, promises to pay to the <br />City of Santa Ana, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California, or order, at 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, <br />' California 92701, or such other location as the holder hereof <br />may designate, the sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00). <br />This note shall not bear interest. <br />The undersigned shall have the right to prepay this note <br />in whole or in part at any time. <br />Charles W.
