-1 Y <br />with City personnel rules and procedures in all personnel matters <br />affecting City personnel working at the Museum. <br />§ 6.02 Custodial and Maintenance Services <br />During the Transition Period, City shall provide custo- <br />dial services and basic maintenance services to keep the buildings <br />and grounds comprising the Premises in a safe, clean and sanitary <br />condition. Basic building maintenance shall include maintenance <br />of exterior and interior walls, ceilings, roofs, floors, external <br />structures, electrical circuits, plumbing fixtures, heating equip- <br />ment, elevators and similar permanent features to the extent that <br />provision has been made therefore in the schedules upon which the <br />City appropriation for maintenance of public buildings in fiscal <br />year 1986-87 is based. Such custodial and maintenance services <br />shall become the responsibility of Corporation at the end of the <br />Transition Period or earlier if mutually agreed to by Corpor- <br />ation and the City Manager. <br />ARTICLE 7 <br />DEFAULTS, REMEDIES AND TERMINATION <br />§ 7.01 Defaults <br />(a) Failure or delay by either party to perform any <br />term or provision of this Agreement shall constitute a <br />default under this Agreement. The injured party shall not <br />initiate the remedies hereinafter provided until the default- <br />ing party has been given written notice of the default, <br />specifying the nature thereof, and a period of sixty (60) <br />days to cure or correct such default. <br />(b) Any failure or delay by either party in asserting <br />any of its rights or remedies as to any default shall not <br />17. nR 1 2 A <br />�i <br />
