Main Street <br />Santa Ana, CA 92707 <br />§ 8.03 Non -assignability <br />The rights and obligations of Corporation under this <br />Agreement may not be assigned or delegated without the prior <br />approval of City's City Council. <br />§ 8.04 Partial Invalidity <br />If any term, covenant, condition, or provision of this <br />Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be <br />invalid, void, or unenforcible, the remainder of the provisions <br />hereof shall remain in full force and effect, and shall in no <br />way be affected, impaired or invalidated thereby. <br />§ 8.05 Exclusivity <br />This Agreement supersedes any and all other agreements, <br />either oral or in writing, between the parties hereto and con- <br />tains all covenants and agreements between the parties.
