I <br />(f) Corporation will operate and manage the museum <br />operations in a competent and efficient manner at least <br />comparable to other well -managed operations of the same <br />type. <br />§ 3.03 Permitted Activities <br />In addition to normal museum operations, Corporation <br />may conduct or permit the following activities on the Premises: <br />(a) Events designed to raise funds for the benefit <br />of the museum or promote museum interests. <br />(b) Meetings of persons involved in museum activties. <br />(c) Events sponsored by the City of Santa Ana or by <br />community organizations, subject to Corporation's normal <br />scheduling procedures. <br />(d) The operation of a shop for the sale of books, <br />artifacts or pictorial reproductions and similar items <br />pertaining to museum exhibits and programs or otherwise <br />having artistic, scientific, cultural or historical <br />interest. <br />(e) The operation of a restaurant. <br />(f) The licensing of Museum facilities on an <br />occasional basis. <br />5 3.04 Employees <br />(a) Except as otherwise provided in Article 6, Cor- <br />poration shall at all times retain active, qualified, <br />competent personnel to conduct the museum operations. <br />8.
