rO P"A^ L OPIS: means the Oil Price Index Service. Person: an individual, corporation, partnership, joint venture, limited [[ability company, governmental authority, unincorporated organization, trust, association or other entity. Qualified Facility: a facility where Gas is withdrawn from a commercial distribution system, converted Into CNG and sold or otherwise provided for use as a Vehicle Fuel, wherein such facility would meet the requirements for RIN generation and, if such facility Is located in California LCFS Credit generation, if the withdrawn Gas was Blogas.
