Hall <br />Re: Extension of Agreement (A-2019-066) for Plannine and Implementation Services <br />for the Automated Meter Infrastructure Project <br />Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of the above -referenced Agreement, as amended, entered into by E <br />Source Companies LLC, and the City of Santa Ana, dated May 7, 2019, the time period of the <br />Agreement is hereby extended for an additional one-year period, from May 7, 2023 through May 6, <br />2024.
