Hall <br />Pursuant to Section 5 ("Term") of the above -referenced Agreement, entered into by <br />CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP ("Auditor"), and the City of Santa Ana, dated May 4, 2021, the time period <br />of the Agreement is hereby extended to allow Auditor to complete auditing services for the fiscal year <br />ending June 30, 2023. Any insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover <br />this extension.
