Hall <br />Pursuant to Section La. of the above -referenced License Agreement, entered into by Charles King <br />Company, and the City of Santa Ana, dated December 16, 2022, the time period of the License <br />Agreement is hereby extended for an additional two (2) month period through June 28, 2023. Any <br />insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.
